Are there times when you become frustrated when working with others? Do you feel that sometimes people just don't get you? Do you struggle to get your point across and feel heard, or do you sometimes wonder how people can believe and say the things they do?
Many of us (all of us?) experience these kinds of struggles. Much of the time these problems are based on the different ways in which we communicate. By understanding both how we communicate, and how others are likely to communicate with us, we can connect with others more deeply and with a greater level of connection.
