In addition to our Bylaws and Constitution, Toronto350 has the following Policies and Procedures in place:

1. Endorsement Policy

When another group asks us to endorse a letter, publication, event, or other item, the endorsement requires at least three of the executive to approve the endorsement, and endorsements should only be given when the full and final text is available, except in exceptional circumstances. If a single executive members gives a block to an endorsement before the endorsement is given, further discussion is expected, and endorsement would require passing via an ordinary resolution.
